Homemade Soft-Serve Frozen Yogurt Anyone?

Have you ever felt like a #quick, #healthy and #refreshing #dessert? Here’s one for you! It’s also #lowfodmap, #gluten free and #kidapproved!

½ package (600 g) of frozen strawberries (or any frozen fruit that you like)...
1 container (250 g) plain 2-4% MF Greek Yogurt
1 tsp vanilla (pure or artificial)
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Put all your ingredients in your blender, blend and enjoy! If your blender isn’t high powered, let the fruit defrost for 10-15 minutes. Serves 4.
