Looking for a high protein, high fibre quick breakfast? Well look for further!

I have to admit…when I first saw my co-worker @drkbfit mix plain Greek yogurt with PB, I was a little skeptical but also curious at the flavour pairings. So I just HAD to try it myself! And you know what?? It was DELICIOUS :) Add in a sliced banana and large handful of blueberries and voila! A flavourful, protein a...nd fibre packed quick breakfast to get you started on your day.

There are so many combinations that you can choose from!!
Breakfasts don’t have to be hard to make or time-consuming.

One of the barriers to eating breakfast I hear a lot about is lack of time in the morning, as most people just want to sleep in for those few extra minutes. And I get it…but if you could spare 5-10 minutes, you can start your day off with a little boost of nutrients.

Here are some other quick breakfast ideas for you:

- Smoothies (just make sure that there is some protein and fibre sources included and try not to use juice as your liquid)
- PB and banana wrap
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Fruit and cottage cheese
