I have to admit…when I first saw my co-worker @drkbfit mix plain Greek yogurt with PB, I was a little skeptical but also curious at the flavour pairings. So I just HAD to try it myself! Breakfasts don’t have to be hard to make or time-consuming.
One of the barriers to eating breakfast I hear a lot about is lack of time in the morning, as most people just want to sleep in for those few extra minutes. And I get it…but if you could spare 5-10 minutes, you can start your day off with a little boost of nutrients.
Here are some other quick breakfast ideas for you:
- Smoothies (just make sure that there is some protein and fibre sources included and try not to use juice as your liquid)
- PB and banana wrap
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Fruit and cottage cheese
