This time of year is so wonderful for all the fresh produce that’s out there, especially berries! Here’s a quick tip to save on calories and added sugar. Instead of putting jam on your fav PB and toast layer on the berries! It works with whatever you’ve got, whether blueberries, black/straw or raspberries J You get the same sweet taste but with more fibre, vitamin C, potassium, antioxidants but without all the added sugar.
